Missions
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Implementation Executive to support the rollout, setup, and adoption of vehicle tracking solutions across UK dealerships.
In this role, you will work closely with dealership teams to implement Coyote’s vehicle tracking software and hardware, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective product setup, and strong commercial uptake. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technology and sales, helping dealerships not only install the product but also successfully sell it to their customers.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in automotive technology, SaaS solutions, and client-facing roles, with clear progression into senior implementation, account management, or commercial positions.

Working closely with the UK Country Lead, you will be crucial to the success of the UK’s growth, so a strong work ethic and dedication to execution excellence are prerequisites to a successful application. In return you will get first hand experience of all aspects of technology strategy, marketing, sales, implementation and support. Opportunities to work in such close proximity to key decisions and being involved in many of them don’t come up very often for young people looking to accelerate their careers.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Onboarding:
- Support UK dealerships with the setup and activation of Coyote tracking hardware and software
- Assist with installation coordination, system configuration, and troubleshooting
- Deliver onboarding sessions (remote and in-person) to dealership staff
- Ensure a smooth transition from sale to live usage
Dealer Support & Relationship Management:
- Act as a first point of contact for dealerships during implementation
- Build strong working relationships with sales teams, managers, and aftersales departments
- Provide ongoing support to ensure dealerships are confident using the platform

- Help dealerships understand how to position and sell vehicle tracking products
- Support the creation of sales processes, scripts, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve product uptake and revenue performance
Product Knowledge & Feedback:
- Develop a strong understanding of Coyote’s software platform and hardware offering
- Gather feedback from dealerships to improve implementation and user experience
- Liaise with internal teams to communicate insights and issues
Operational Support:
- Maintain accurate records of implementations, dealership activity, and performance metrics
- Assist with reporting on rollout progress and adoption rates
Profile
Essential
Key Attributes & Skills
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging customers and stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with technology (software platforms, basic hardware understanding)
- Willingness to travel to dealerships when required
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Interest in or experience within the automotive or dealership environment
- Exposure to SaaS, telematics, or vehicle tracking solutions
- Experience in a customer-facing, sales support, or implementation role
