Company Description

Socialtrend is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a Junior Influencer Coordinator to join our expanding Influencer team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to get into influencer marketing, creator management and social media and learn how influencer programmes are managed from start to finish.

You’ll work directly alongside our Head of Influencer Marketing, supporting him with the day-to-day running of influencer programmes across our growing portfolio of clients.

Salary: £24,000–£27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Role Description

Our Head of Influencer Marketing manages the complete influencer process for our clients – from sourcing and outreach through to negotiation, contracting, content management, campaign delivery and reporting.

Your role will be to support him across that entire process, helping keep our influencer programmes organised, on schedule and running smoothly.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to every stage of influencer management rather than being limited to general administration.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and identifying potential influencers and creators for client campaigns
  • Supporting influencer outreach and initial conversations
  • Helping build and maintain our influencer database
  • Supporting the negotiation and contracting process
  • Maintaining influencer tracking sheets and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Keeping track of agreed influencer deliverables and deadlines
  • Communicating with influencers regarding upcoming and outstanding content
  • Requesting and chasing content when required
  • Pre-checking influencer content before it is submitted to clients for approval
  • Coordinating feedback and amendments between influencers and the Head of Influencer Marketing
  • Tracking approved content and confirming when deliverables have gone live
  • Supporting the preparation of monthly influencer reports
  • Helping with the general day-to-day management of influencer programmes across multiple clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We’re Looking For

This is a junior-level position, so we’re not expecting you to arrive knowing everything about influencer management.

What matters most is that you’re organised, proactive, confident communicating with people and genuinely interested in influencers, creators and social media.

You’ll need to be someone who has excellent attention to detail, can keep on top of multiple deadlines and isn’t afraid to follow up with people when something needs doing.

A good understanding of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook is important, along with confidence using spreadsheets and keeping accurate records.

You should also be confident handling large amounts of raw data and comfortable organising and working with information accurately.

Familiarity with influencer and creator search processes, including the use of creator marketplaces and AI-powered research and search tools, would be beneficial.

Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing or an agency environment would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. We’re equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude and ambition who wants to learn.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with creator and content platforms such as Twitch, Kick, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and Instagram would be advantageous, particularly an understanding of how creators use these platforms and how content and audiences can differ between them.

Where This Role Can Lead

We don't see this as someone simply coming in to provide admin support.

Initially, you’ll work closely with our Head of Influencer Marketing and learn how Socialtrend manages influencer programmes across our clients.

As you gain experience and demonstrate that you can manage relationships, deadlines and deliverables confidently, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

That could mean beginning to manage individual influencers yourself and, as the department continues to grow, progressing towards taking ownership of influencer programmes for your own clients, with the Head of Influencer Marketing providing oversight and support.

Why Socialtrend?

Socialtrend is a fast-growing social media agency, and our influencer department is an increasingly important part of the business.

Joining us now means joining at a point where there is genuine opportunity to learn, develop and grow with the department.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Influencer Marketing, gain real hands-on experience with live client campaigns and have the opportunity to develop your role as both the team and company continue to grow.

If you’re looking to start a career in influencer marketing and want an opportunity where you can learn the industry properly while working with real brands and creators, we’d love to hear from you.
