We're on a mission to radically transform oral care with beautiful everyday essentials designed for life. Championing high performance and future-focussed design, our award-winning sonic toothbrush transforms an uninspiring chore into an enjoyable daily ritual.

You will play a key role in supporting our marketing team on all things influencer, from gifting to paid campaigns. Influencer marketing is a huge growth lever, and we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level.

The Role:

You will play a key role in accelerating our UK growth as an expert on all things influencer marketing, scaling our programme in the UK.

Influencer marketing is a huge growth lever, and we’re looking for someone to take it to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record of scaling paid influencer programmes in the UK who is eager to apply their expertise at SURI and play a key role in driving our US expansion.

Responsibilities:

Channel strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive always-on influencer marketing programmes in UK aligned with overall growth goals
  • Identify key audiences to target through different channels and verticals
  • Work closely with the Growth Team, aligning on key trading periods and promotions

Talent management:

  • Identify and lock in talent, negotiating fees and contract terms at speed to meet revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and other key stakeholders
  • Scale long-term in-house partnerships, establishing an ambassador network for stronger ROI

Campaign management:

  • Brief, execute and oversee influencer campaigns from inception to completion
  • Maintain overall influencer calendar, ensuring it ladders up to overall brand calendar
  • Track and report on programme & talent performance, leveraging insights for strategy iteration

Team & agency management

  • Upskill the team, nurturing a best-in-class influencer squad
  • Manage UK agency, ensuring high engagement and performance & seamless workflows with internal efforts

Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing

  • Proven track record of scaling influencer programmes in the UK
  • DTC experience in high-growth brands
  • Experience managing end to end campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and influencer landscapes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and share actionable insights
  • Unmatched attention to detail and organisation skills
