WHO WE ARE

Cherry Pick Talent is an independent influencer marketing agency working with global brands across gaming, entertainment, travel, retail, and lifestyle.

Founded over 10 years ago, we're now a team of 35 across the UK, US, and Canada. We help brands identify the right creators, build effective partnerships, and deliver influencer campaigns from strategy through to execution.

We don't represent talent, which means our creator recommendations are based on what's right for the brand and the campaign rather than an owned roster. We're transparent about costs, straightforward in how we work, and have built long-standing relationships with both clients and creators.

We're looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager to join the UK team and help us deliver influencer campaigns across a range of clients and sectors.

THE ROLE

As a Junior Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll support campaigns from initial briefing through to launch and reporting.

You'll work closely with creators, agents, managers, clients, and the wider Cherry Pick team. A large part of the role is making sure campaigns stay organised and on track: the right creators are briefed, deadlines are met, content is reviewed and approved, and everyone involved knows what is happening and when.

You'll:

  • Support influencer campaigns from briefing through to launch and reporting.
  • Build creator shortlists and recommendations based on campaign objectives and audience fit.
  • Reach out to creators, agents, and managers.
  • Manage day-to-day creator communication and build strong working relationships.
  • Support negotiations around rates, deliverables, usage, and timelines.
  • Brief creators clearly on campaign requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage content submissions, feedback, and approvals.
  • Keep contracts, deadlines, deliverables, and campaign trackers up to date.
  • Follow up with creators and representatives to keep campaigns moving.
  • Identify potential issues early and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Keep clients and internal teams updated on campaign progress.
  • Work closely with our performance, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Support campaign reporting and help identify learnings for future work.
  • Stay up to date with creators, platforms, trends, and changes across the industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work on campaigns for globally recognised brands across mobile gaming, gaming, entertainment, travel, retail, and lifestyle.

The role involves a mix of creator relationships, campaign coordination, client communication, and administration. There are a lot of moving parts, so being organised and comfortable managing detail is important.

You'll get exposure to the full campaign process and, as you develop, take on increasing responsibility for campaigns and client relationships.

WHAT YOU BRING

We're looking for someone with around 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social, digital, or an agency environment.

You may currently be working as an Influencer Executive, Campaign Executive, Account Executive, or Coordinator and looking for a role where you can take on more responsibility.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised and has strong attention to detail.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently.
  • Is comfortable working with creators, agents, and clients.
  • Can manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.
  • Takes ownership of their work and follows things through.
  • Remains calm and practical when plans or timelines change.
  • Knows when to make a decision and when to ask for support.
  • Has a good understanding of influencer marketing and what makes a creator right for a campaign.
  • Is interested in creators, social platforms, and wider industry trends.
  • Is comfortable with the administrative side of campaign management.

Experience managing creators, campaign timelines, content approvals, or influencer outreach would be useful, but we don't expect you to know everything from day one.

The aim is for you to develop into someone who can independently manage campaigns, build strong relationships with creators and clients, and deliver high-quality work from brief through to completion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT CHERRY PICK

We're a relatively small team, and the way we work reflects that. People have visibility across the business, work closely with different teams, and are given responsibility early.

We value people who are straightforward, reliable, and good to work with. We don't micromanage, but we do expect people to take ownership, communicate when they need support, and care about the quality of their work.

We've built long-term relationships with clients and creators by being transparent and doing what we say we'll do. We expect everyone who joins the team to work in the same way.

For someone early in their career, there's a lot of opportunity to learn quickly, work directly on major campaigns, and take on more responsibility as their experience grows.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Flexi Fridays through summer
  • A company-wide bonus scheme
  • Generous holiday allowance + Christmas break
  • Opportunities to progress as the company grows
  • The chance to work on campaigns for globally recognised brands
