Junior Influencer Marketing & UGC Coordinator
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing & UGC Coordinator based in United Kingdom.
This is an execution-focused opportunity for someone passionate about creators, social media, and short-form content.
You will manage the creator collaboration pipeline from discovery and outreach through campaign delivery and publication.
The role combines influencer research, relationship building, pipeline management, and campaign coordination.
You will evaluate creators based on engagement, audience relevance, content quality, and brand alignment—not simply follower counts.
Working in a fast-moving global environment, you will have significant ownership and the opportunity to contribute ideas directly to business and marketing initiatives.
The position is ideal for someone highly organized, persistent, digitally savvy, and comfortable managing high-volume workflows independently.
It also offers strong exposure to leadership, rapid learning, and meaningful opportunities to grow with the function.
Accountabilities
- Discover and vet relevant creators across Instagram and TikTok using native platforms and influencer discovery tools, assessing engagement, average views, audience relevance, content consistency, production quality, and brand fit.
- Conduct personalized creator outreach and structured follow-up sequences based on creator profiles, priorities, and campaign objectives.
- Maintain an organized creator pipeline by accurately tracking communications, creator records, campaign status, priorities, and next steps in CRM and other systems.
- Coordinate creator collaborations end to end, from initial outreach and briefing through product development, content review, approval, and final publication.
- Ensure creators understand creative briefs, deadlines, required tags, promotional codes, deliverables, and other campaign requirements.
- Proactively follow up with creators to maintain timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and support successful campaign delivery.
- Track key performance indicators including creator sourcing volume, outreach activity, response and conversion rates, confirmed partnerships, on-time delivery, and published content performance.
- Identify quality, communication, or timeline risks early and take ownership of appropriate corrective actions.
- Contribute insights from creator activity and campaign performance to help improve marketing processes, workflows, and broader business initiatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
