Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Information Technology Consultant role based in London. The consultant will support client projects by assisting with technical assessments, helping implement solutions that improve AI search visibility, and providing day-to-day IT consulting support. - Gathering and analyzing technical and business requirements
- Documenting processes
- Collaborating with senior consultants to deliver recommendations

The role also involves:
- Basic technical support for internal systems
- Troubleshooting issues
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Learn quickly
- Contribute to client meetings
- Support the continuous improvement of Rankply’s services
Qualifications
- Strong IT Consulting and Consulting skills to support client engagements and solution design.
- Solid foundation in Information Technology, including understanding of common systems, tools, and architectures.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify issues, and contribute to recommendations.
- Technical Support experience or aptitude for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting IT issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment in London, with effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Interest in AI technologies, digital platforms, and search optimization; prior exposure is an advantage.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities in a consulting setting.
