📍 Farnborough, Hampshire – On-site 🎓 7-week fully remote technical training programme 💷 £19,500 during training → £27,000 on client assignment → £30,000 after 12 months

We’re looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join one of our fast-growing IT consulting clients in Farnborough. No previous Infrastructure Engineering experience is required. Before joining the client, you'll complete a 7-week technical training programme, designed and delivered by our team of experienced IT professionals, giving you the practical skills and knowledge to start your career in Infrastructure Engineering.

We're looking for people who are passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and are keen to learn. Your experience could come from a degree, apprenticeship, college course, certification, home lab, personal project, or self-study.

What you'll learn:

What we're looking for:

  • Interest in infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud technologies

Desirable, but not essential: exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, VMware/Hyper-V, Linux, or PowerShell.

The role:

Following training, you'll work alongside experienced Infrastructure Engineers, supporting Windows Server and Active Directory environments, monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, assisting with maintenance and projects, and continuing to develop your technical skills.
