About Us

Sean Symington Design is a well-recognised boutique studio specialising in bespoke interiors that reflect the personalities and lifestyles of those who live in them. With projects across the UK and internationally, we combine timeless design principles with thoughtful, joyful design to create homes and boutique commercial spaces that feel personal, authentic, and full of character. We are a collaborative, passionate team who care deeply about our work. From the earliest concept to the final details, we manage every aspect of a project with precision and creativity, ensuring each home is both beautifully designed and uniquely tailored to its owners.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Interior Designer to join our team and assist with high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. The role requires a balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and excellent client care within a fast-paced, boutique environment.

You will support the team across all stages of the design process, helping to develop thoughtful, sophisticated interiors while delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience for our clients.

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will contribute to projects from initial concept development and material selection through to technical documentation, procurement, installation, and project completion.

Location: This role is in-person at our studio in Tetbury, Gloucestershire, a charming Cotswold town renowned for its historic market streets, artisan shops, and inspiring countryside. Tetbury provides a picturesque, creative environment, and a close-knit community, ideal for collaboration and immersive design work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
