Role Description
This Junior Intern role is an internship position based in London with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with client intake processes
- Helping prepare educational and training materials
- Supporting documentation and case notes under supervision
- Contributing to research or data collection related to mental health services
- Helping coordinate workshops or awareness programs
- Managing basic administrative tasks
- Providing support to mental health professionals in routine operations

The role offers exposure to clinical, educational, and organizational aspects of psychological health, with structured guidance and supervision to support learning and professional development.
Qualifications
- Interest in mental health, psychology, or related fields, with a willingness to learn and engage with topics such as psychological, sexual, and addiction concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact respectfully and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
- Organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting program coordination.
- Basic research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather information, summarize findings, and follow ethical guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, time management, and self-discipline for both in-person and remote tasks.
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in psychology, counseling, social work, or related disciplines (or demonstrable equivalent interest and experience).
- Commitment to confidentiality, professional boundaries, and adherence to ethical standards in mental health service settings.
- Prior volunteering or internship experience in healthcare, social services, or community organizations is beneficial but not required.
