Department Overview
The Projects Department works with internal stakeholders to support the preparation, coordination and presentation of projects across the group on an international scale. The department helps project sponsors shape proposals, capture requirements and provide clear information to support decision-making by management and the Executive Board.

The project team is responsible for coordinating tasks within agreed project outlines, tracking progress, supporting governance, and helping to make approved projects a reality for company stakeholders.
Job Overview
The Junior International Project Analyst supports the delivery, tracking and reporting of portfolio projects and initiatives across Monex International jurisdictions. The role provides coordination, analysis and administrative support to help ensure projects are well organised, clearly documented, and aligned to agreed priorities.
The role will develop knowledge of Monex business units, project governance, regulatory considerations, internal processes and systems while working closely with the International Project Portfolio Manager, project sponsors and functional stakeholders.
Business Knowledge / Technical Skills:
- Understanding of project administration, project plans, action logs and project governance documents.
- Ability to support project planning, milestone tracking, meeting coordination and progress reporting.
- Ability to organise information clearly and maintain accurate records across multiple workstreams.
- Experience or interest in working in a project-based role within a regulated financial services environment.
- Awareness of global financial services regulation and the regulatory environment in which an FX firm operates.
- Basic understanding of FX, payments, derivatives or willingness to build knowledge in these areas.
- Ability to gather inputs for business cases, benefits tracking, management information and project updates.
- Ability to conduct research across a range of business, operational and regulatory subjects.
