Job Description

Working closely with the Portfolio Managers ("PM's), the Dealer is responsible for the dealing activities and investments across all asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives. The dealer is also responsible for investment in foreign exchange to control/hedge FX risk.

Reporting to the Head of Dealing, and as part of a team of three dealers, the Dealer is responsible for developing policies, managing broker relations and ensures best execution and reporting. The Dealer provides PM's with insight on market sentiment, trading environment, volume and price volatility.

  • Ensure all trading is in line with best execution principles and policies
  • Maintenance of processes and procedures
  • On-going system and process enhancements
  • Multi-benchmark TCA of trading flows across Equity and Fixed Income
  • Pre, Intra and Post Trader Analysis
  • Review and challenge data to ensure reports are accurate
  • Regularly communicate with Portfolio Managers to ensure advise on market color, portfolio positioning and risk levels

Qualifications

  • Graduate, up to 1 year experience
  • Understanding of Fixed Income, Equities and FX trading
  • Understanding of Financial Markets
  • Team oriented, reliable, stress resistant
  • At least a first experience with Bloomberg
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Fluent English
