Launch Your Career in Investment Management

This is a rare opportunity to step directly into the world of investment management within a prestigious Central London office environment.

If you are ambitious, analytical and ready to build a serious career in finance, this role is designed for you. No previous industry experience is required. We are looking for potential, drive and professionalism.

You will join a structured, fully paid one-month training and induction programme designed to equip you with the technical knowledge, market understanding and client communication skills required to succeed in investment management.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting senior investment managers with portfolio research and analysis
  • Assisting with market reviews, performance reporting and client updates
  • Preparing investment summaries and financial documentation
  • Monitoring global market movements and identifying trends
  • Engaging with clients alongside experienced advisors
  • Learning regulatory and compliance frameworks within UK financial services

What We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High attention to detail
  • A polished and professional manner
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and global investment

No prior experience is necessary. We value attitude, intelligence and long-term ambition.
