Junior IT Developer
Hours
- 37.5 hours, full-time, Monday-Friday
Start date
- As soon as possible – subject to notice period
Reporting to
- Head of Technology
Rate of Pay
- £35,000 - £42,000 per annum FTE (dependant on experience)
Location
- This role is remote; however, you will need to be easily able to travel to London if required.

What we’re looking for
Essential
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage workload appropriately
- Minimum of 1 year JavaScript experience
- Familiarity with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular & React. Angular is a plus
- Familiarity with server-side languages Node.js
- Familiarity with SQL relational database technology. PostgreSQL is a plus
- CI/CD pipeline automation experience
- Some experience with the core AWS services is a plus
- Familiarity with GIT source control
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail

As a Junior IT Developer, you will be:
- Supporting the Senior IT developers with the complete software development process from conception to deployment
- Assisting in maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
- Assisting the IT Team with the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
- Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
- Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
