Alenia Consulting is looking for a motivated Junior IT PMO Analyst to join a CIO Office team within a leading international banking environment in London.

This is an opportunity to gain exposure to IT governance, financial management, project reporting and process improvement while collaborating with stakeholders across London and Paris.

🎯 Your Role

As part of the IT CIO Office team, you will:

  • Support IT budget planning, monthly financial reporting and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare management reports, KPIs and IT Steering Committee materials.
  • Coordinate governance meetings, maintain action trackers and follow up on key deliverables.
  • Monitor resource allocation and time tracking, identifying variances.
  • Work closely with IT managers, PMOs and financial control teams.
  • Maintain governance documentation and manage shared information through SharePoint.
  • Contribute to process optimisation, reporting automation and continuous improvement.
  • Support effective communication between IT teams and stakeholders in London and Paris.

  • Degree in Business, Project Management or a related field.
  • Understanding of IT projects, development processes and IT support environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Interest in IT financial management, budgeting and governance.
