Junior IT Project Manager
Remote-first, once a week in the office | South West London / Surrey border
Up to £45,000 + 10% discretionary bonus
We’re looking for a Junior IT Project Manager to join a growing technology team and take ownership of delivering a range of IT projects.
This is an ideal opportunity for an IT Project Manager, Junior Project Manager or IT Project Coordinator with 1–2+ years’ experience managing or coordinating IT projects, who is ready to develop their career and take on greater responsibility.
The Role
You’ll work closely with technical teams, clients, suppliers and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

- Managing and coordinating IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs and project documentation.
- Coordinating technical teams, stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Tracking risks, issues, dependencies, actions and project milestones.
- Preparing project updates and reports for stakeholders.
- Supporting requirements gathering, change management, testing and implementation.
- Ensuring effective project governance and communication throughout delivery.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 1–2+ years’ experience in IT project management or project coordination.
- Experience working on technology or IT projects.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with project plans, RAID logs and project reporting.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive, structured approach to problem solving.
- Exposure to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
