IT Co-ordinator / Junior IT Project Manager
📍 Avonmouth, Bristol – Hybrid
💰 £40,000 – £45,000
Are you an organised IT professional looking to take the next step into project management?
We’re looking for an IT Co-ordinator / Junior Project Manager to join an IT team, supporting the delivery of technology projects and helping ensure they are well organised, governed and delivered effectively.
This is a great opportunity for someone with project coordination experience who is keen to develop their career within an Agile IT environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating IT projects and workstreams from planning through to delivery.
- Supporting project managers with schedules, milestones, actions and dependencies.
- Maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports and governance documentation.
- Organising project meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Tracking risks, issues, actions and project progress.
- Working closely with IT, business stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Supporting Agile project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Preparing project updates, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensuring project documentation and governance processes are maintained.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience coordinating IT projects, technology initiatives or workstreams.
- An understanding of Agile project delivery.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to develop within project management.

Desirable
- PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner.
- Experience working within a PMO or IT delivery environment.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
- Agile/Scrum certification.
