The Role
We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our small IT team in London, supporting colleagues across our offices in London, Abu Dhabi, New York, and Italy.
This is a hands-on, entry-level role focused on device builds, provisioning, and desk-side support. You'll spend your time setting up laptops and trading workstations, configuring iPhones, fixing everyday issues like OneDrive syncing, managing desk moves, and helping onboard and offboard staff. You'll also help track and retire IT assets as they reach end of life.
This role is deliberately hands-on and will grow with you. You'll start with device builds, provisioning, and desk-side support, and take on more responsibility - including exposure to infrastructure and security work - as you develop. Full training and mentoring is provided by senior members of the team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
