The Role

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
  • Set up and configure laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
  • Log and update support tickets
  • Assist with IT projects and system improvements

What You'll Need

  • Commercial IT support experience (1st or 2nd Line)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for IT and technology
  • Ability to solve problems and help users effectively
  • CompTIA A+ certification (or working towards it) is highly desirable
