The Role
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Set up and configure laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions
- Log and update support tickets
- Assist with IT projects and system improvements

What You'll Need
- Commercial IT support experience (1st or 2nd Line)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A genuine passion for IT and technology
- Ability to solve problems and help users effectively
- CompTIA A+ certification (or working towards it) is highly desirable
