We are working with a global ship owner operating within an international environment, dedicated to ensuring seamless global maritime operations. They offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical industry that connects economies worldwide.
The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for IT queries, incidents, and service requests.
- Provide technical assistance across office and vessel environments.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Support Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including troubleshooting.
- Assist with user account administration and access requests using Active Directory.
- Provide remote support and maintain IT asset information.

What You'll Need
- Previous experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
- Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Understanding of Active Directory user administration.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with good communication skills.
