We are working with a global ship owner operating within an international environment, dedicated to ensuring seamless global maritime operations. They offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to a critical industry that connects economies worldwide.

The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT queries, incidents, and service requests.
  • Provide technical assistance across office and vessel environments.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Support Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including troubleshooting.
  • Assist with user account administration and access requests using Active Directory.
  • Provide remote support and maintain IT asset information.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
  • Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Understanding of Active Directory user administration.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and network troubleshooting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with good communication skills.
