A world-leading engineering consultancy, known for developing innovative, sustainable solutions to improve performance and reduce environmental impact, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. They combine world-class engineering, advanced simulation, and high-performance computing to solve complex technical challenges across various industries.

The Role

  • Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) and manage user accounts
  • Install software, carry out routine maintenance, and maintain IT documentation and asset registers
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives and device security, liaise with third-party IT suppliers
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, assist with implementation and testing of AI solutions, and support workflow automation projects

What You'll Need

  • A recent graduate in Computing, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or 1-2 years' experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk role
  • Genuine passion for technology and interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communication skills at all levels
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune
  • Understanding of basic networking principles
  • Ability to create user guides and training documentation and help colleagues adopt new technologies
