They combine world-class engineering, advanced simulation, and high-performance computing to solve complex technical challenges across various industries.
The Role
- Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune) and manage user accounts
- Assist with implementation and testing of AI solutions and support workflow automation projects
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, IT procurement, and business continuity activities
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, creating user guides and training documentation

What You'll Need
- A recent graduate in Computing, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline, or 1-2 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience
- Genuine passion for technology and interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and basic networking principles
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment
- Permanent right to work in the UK
