Overview

We are looking for a junior IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on user support, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware setup, and resolving common IT issues. Ideal for someone with IT support experience looking to continue developing their career in a supportive environment.

  • Rate: £150-£190 / day Inside IR35 via Umbrella

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line IT support to end users.
  • Set up and configure laptops, monitors, and other IT equipment.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist with user onboarding and account setup.
  • Log, manage, and resolve support tickets.
  • Maintain IT assets and equipment.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Helpdesk role.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365.
  • Experience supporting Windows devices.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Keen to learn and develop within IT.
