Job Overview

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM STAFF CURRENTLY EMPLOYED BY BETSI CADWALADR UNIVERSITY HEALTH BOARD

This is a fixed term contract until the 30th September 2027

Are you organised, approachable, and good at helping things run smoothly behind the scenes?

We're looking for a Digital Training Administrator to join the BCUHB Digital ICT Academy, part of the ICT User Experience Team.

This role is at the heart of our training service, supporting the delivery of digital and clinical systems training across the Health Board. You'll help coordinate training programmes, maintain training records, organise learning events, support eLearning processes, and provide administrative support to the wider Digital ICT Academy team.

Working closely with trainers, eLearning developers, project teams and operational staff, you'll help ensure staff receive the right training at the right time, supporting safe and effective use of our digital systems.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, attention to detail, customer service, and working as part of a team that helps others learn and develop.

Main Duties of the Job

In this role you will:

  • Maintain accurate training and competency records across a range of systems and databases.
  • Coordinate training schedules, course bookings and waiting lists.
  • Organise training rooms, equipment and resources required for learning activities.
  • Support the administration of virtual and face-to-face training events.
  • Manage attendee registrations, joining instructions and course communications.
  • Provide administrative support for the Digital ICT Academy and wider ICT User Experience Team.
  • Support the administration of eLearning programmes, including learner enrolments, monitoring completion rates and producing reports.
  • Assist with the development, storage and management of training materials and documentation.
  • Respond to enquiries from staff and managers regarding training courses and digital learning opportunities.
  • Help ensure training activities are recorded and reported accurately to support governance and compliance requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
