Join Us in Transforming Patient Outcomes

Are you an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional with a passion for improving patient care? My client is looking for a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager to join our growing CNS team.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a market-leading portfolio of Central Nervous System (CNS) therapies, with a particular focus on Epilepsy and ADHD. Working closely with healthcare professionals, key treatment centres, and stakeholders across your territory, you will play a vital role in increasing product awareness, building strong clinical relationships, and supporting better outcomes for patients.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales performance and maximise market share across your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain high-quality relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to local healthcare environments and customer needs.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), decision-makers, and healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical and commercial colleagues to deliver impactful customer engagement programmes.
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Leverage multiple communication channels, including digital engagement, to enhance market presence and customer reach.
  • Represent the organisation at regional, national, and international conferences, meetings, and congresses.
  • Monitor sales performance, activities, and territory budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively.
  • Share best practices and insights with the wider commercial team to drive continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
