About the Role

MacGregor Black are partnering with a market-leading Nursery brand on the search for a Junior Key Account Manager. This is a hybrid role, based in London.

As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be reporting into the Head of Sales and working closely with other teams. You'll play a key role in shaping customer strategy, launching new products, and delivering exceptional execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with key retail and wholesale customers.
  • Deliver sales, profit, and growth targets across your account portfolio.
  • Create and implement customer business plans that support long-term growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve visibility, and drive category performance.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and customer planning activities.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure excellent forecasting, stock availability, and launch execution.
  • Support the delivery of marketing and promotional initiatives that enhance brand performance both in-store and online.
  • Monitor market trends, customer performance, and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with retail accounts within FMCG, consumer goods, or related sectors.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Ability to build credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially analytical, organised, and results-driven.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for developing brands and customer partnerships.
