Role Description
The Junior Key Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this role, you will support the management of key retail and distribution accounts, assisting with day-to-day communication, order tracking, and issue resolution to ensure excellent customer service. You will help prepare sales reports, performance analyses, and business proposals, contributing to planning and execution of account strategies for Filthy Brands’ niche portfolio. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align account activities and ensure timely delivery and optimal product presentation. You will also assist with identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, monitoring market trends, and participating in meetings and presentations to drive account performance.

- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with the ability to support relationship building and day-to-day account coordination.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and contribute to informed business decisions.
- Business Planning capabilities to assist in forecasting, pricing discussions, and the development of account growth plans.
- Customer Service skills to respond promptly, handle queries professionally, and maintain a positive partner experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present information clearly.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets and CRM or sales management tools; proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in sales, account support, or brand management (internships or junior roles) is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
