Salary: £26,000–£36,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Opportunity

An award-winning international creative agency is seeking a Junior Key Art Designer to join its growing print studio in London. Working with globally recognised film, television, and entertainment brands, you'll contribute to the visual identity of major marketing campaigns, producing compelling key art, promotional assets, and creative materials seen by audiences worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious designer with a passion for entertainment marketing to develop their skills alongside experienced creatives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Art Director (Key Art), you'll support the creative team in developing and executing visually striking key art across a wide range of film and television campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, refine your craft, and work on high-profile projects from concept through to final production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creative team in developing high-quality conceptual key art for a variety of entertainment campaigns.
  • Design and produce key art using typography, layout, colour grading, image compositing, and artwork production techniques.
  • Create supporting creative assets, including title treatments, pitch decks, social media graphics, and rollout adaptations for outdoor and digital campaigns.
  • Organise and prepare photography from production shoots, stock imagery, and reference materials for creative development.
  • Assist with image retouching, photo compositing, and artwork production under the guidance of senior creatives.
  • Prepare final artwork for both print and digital outputs, ensuring technical accuracy, correct colour profiles, and industry specifications.
  • Interpret creative briefs and contribute innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Producers, and the wider creative team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain organised project files and archive assets according to established studio standards.
  • Ensure all final deliverables are accurately credited and meet quality expectations.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, software, and creative techniques while continuously developing your skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
