📍 Hybrid | London, UK

About GoldAdam / Gold Arthur UK

GoldAdam is a trusted precious metals recycling business, helping customers across the UK and Ireland sell their gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals through a transparent, professional and customer-focused service.

As our business continues to grow, particularly across Ireland, we're expanding our Compliance team and are looking for a Junior KYC Analyst to support our UK & Ireland operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in AML, KYC and Financial Crime Compliance within a growing and supportive team.

The Role

Reporting to the UK Compliance Manager, you will support the day-to-day operation of our Compliance function by carrying out customer due diligence, reviewing documentation and ensuring customer files are complete before progressing for compliance review. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, has excellent attention to detail and wants to build a long-term career in Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews.
  • Review customer documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Carry out sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
  • Request supporting documentation from customers where required.
  • Prepare customer files and case summaries for compliance review.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and internal systems.
  • Monitor outstanding documentation requests and follow up where necessary.
  • Escalate unusual or higher-risk cases to the UK Compliance Manager.
  • Support the Compliance team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies and UK & Ireland AML regulations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
