An excellent opportunity has become available for a Junior Land Buyer to join a respected planning and development firm as part of their Surrey based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential, commercial and regeneration projects.
The successful Junior Land Buyer will be working alongside Senior staff to identify potential sites, deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations.

Within The Role You Will Be
- Researching and identifying potential off-market development sites.
- Reviewing planning and site information to assess opportunities.
- Preparing clear recommendations and presenting findings to the team.
- Maintaining accurate records and mapping outputs.
- Working towards agreed performance and output targets.
For This Role Candidates Are Sought With
- A relevant town planning/ related degree and ideally a further MSc preferably accredited by both the RTPI and RICS
- Some previous town planning / land buying experience
