Junior Launch Delivery Manager (8-Month FTC)

Witham & Hemel Hempstead | Hybrid Working

SGX, part of the Propelis Group, brings together more than 150 years of combined experience from SGS&Co and SGK, forming a powerhouse in packaging graphics, prepress, and print production. We offer a full suite of solutions, including artwork and file preparation, plate and cylinder production, and metal deco services, supported by advanced technology and a global footprint.

Looking to build a career in project management with one of the UK's most exciting FMCG accounts?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the team supporting our global FCMG client, working on packaging and artwork projects across some of the UK's best-known drinks brands. You'll work alongside experienced Launch Delivery Managers, gaining hands-on experience in project management, client services, artwork delivery, print production, and packaging operations.

If you're highly organised, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building relationships, this role offers exceptional exposure, development, and career progression.

Why join us?

  • Work on a major strategic partnership with our client.
  • Be part of a client relationship that operates as a true partnership rather than a traditional agency model.
  • Receive structured training, coaching, and ongoing development from an experienced and supportive leadership team.
  • Gain exposure to packaging, artwork, print production, design agencies, and printers.
  • Work on large-scale, high-profile projects, including regulatory packaging changes affecting hundreds of products.
  • Join a genuinely collaborative team that supports one another and enjoys working together.
  • Mileage fully covered for client visits, plus additional travel allowances.
  • Strong potential for longer-term opportunities following the initial FTC.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
