About The Company

We are a real-world asset tokenization platform bringing the full power of onchain finance to asset managers and investors. From building tokenized funds for DeFi-native markets to launching vaults and stablecoins backed by real assets, we enable institutions to own their stack, grow their market, and capture the economics of finance moving onchain. Our mission is to bring real-world finance and DeFi together at scale.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join us as we bring real-world finance and DeFi together at scale. You will work closely with our Chief Legal Officer to support the work of the platform, managing due diligence, investor and issuer onboarding, and contract negotiations. This is a unique opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of traditional finance law and decentralized finance, working with a fully remote team reshaping global capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
