About the Team
The Legal team provides advice and guidance globally across all levels of the business and to multiple jurisdictions. At the heart of what we do is our ethos to provide the highest-quality advice in a dynamic environment often with fast turn-around times.
About the Role
This is an important role for the team – it reports to the Legal Counsel and will work closely with our Procurement, HR, Compliance, Internal Controls and IT teams, as well as with Country Managers, their global teams and the General Counsel.
What You’ll Do
- The role will support the Legal Counsel and wider business on a broad range of legal matters including legal research, contract drafting and review, matter management and the preparation of clear, practical legal advice.
- You will help to identify legal risks while developing your judgement and commercial awareness in an in-house setting.
- You will be supported to build confidence across different legal areas, work with stakeholders at varying levels, and contribute to commercially focused advice.
- You will support on fast-paced and complex advice whilst managing risk appropriately.

What You’ll Bring
- Qualified lawyer with 1+ years post-qualified experience, ideally gained in-house or in a commercial legal environment
- A good grounding in commercial contracts, with the ability to draft, review and amend agreements, correspondence and other legal documentation
- Ability to conduct legal research and prepare clear, accurate and concise summaries of findings
- An interest in developing knowledge of competition, data privacy, employment and regulatory matters
- Confidence supporting Legal Counsel and senior colleagues with legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to identify legal risks and suggest practical next steps
- Ability to maintain legal records, matter files and document management systems accurately
- Willingness to monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements and share updates with the team
- Ability to liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, external counsel and third parties where required
- Strong organisation skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to working with colleagues across different teams and jurisdictions
- Commitment to completing work to a high professional standard and in line with legal and ethical obligations
