The Role
We are looking for a high-potential junior lawyer to join its growing in-house legal team. This is an opportunity for a lawyer early in their career to gain broad, hands-on exposure to a fast-growing technology and infrastructure business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical legal foundation, excellent commercial instincts, and the personality to thrive in a lean in-house environment. Character and attitude are just as important as technical experience — this person should be curious, proactive, practical, and willing to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the negotiation and management of customer and supply chain contracts.
- Assist with commercial agreements across technology, procurement, vendors, and business operations.
- Support the legal team on technology and commercial matters, including SaaS, software, licensing, and services agreements.
- Assist with legal and regulatory matters affecting the business.
- Support the company's compliance program, including areas such as anti-bribery and corruption and modern slavery.
- Assist with corporate governance and general corporate legal matters.
- Support management of the company's trademark and IP portfolio.
- Work closely with senior members of the legal team and business stakeholders across the organization.
- Assist with broader projects as the legal function and business continue to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
