About the Role

At McCormick, we bring the joy of flavour to life every day. As Junior Licensing Manager, you will help shape the next chapter of some of our most iconic flavour brands across EMEA, including Frank’s RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and Vahiné.

In this role, you will support the growth of brand partnerships and licensing programmes that bring our much-loved brands into new categories, channels and consumer moments, with a particular focus on the UK and France. Working closely with the Licensing Lead, you will help turn strong brand equity into commercially successful licensing opportunities through market insight, partner support, performance tracking, royalty and sales reporting, and cross-functional project coordination from concept through launch.

Key Responsibilities

As Junior Licensing Manager, you will:

  • Conduct quarterly market, category, competitor and partner research to identify licensing and partnership opportunities across EMEA.
  • Support the development of licensing opportunities that extend McCormick’s portfolio of brands into complementary categories, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, consumer needs, category strategy and regional growth priorities.
  • Support day-to-day licensee and partner management across EMEA, with a focus on the UK and France.
  • Work across brands including Frank’s RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and Vahiné.
  • Support the Licensing Lead with annual strategic planning, opportunity assessment and performance reviews.
  • Own and maintain licensing asset libraries, including product visuals, packaging files, marketing materials, in-store visuals, trade advertising, approval records and project documentation.
  • Manage licensing database updates, including royalty reports, sales data, invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Prepare regular commercial performance updates, highlighting sales, royalties, risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional licensing projects from concept through launch, managing timelines, actions, documentation and stakeholder communication.
  • Support internal approval processes and help ensure key project milestones are delivered on time.
  • Support the creation of targeted presentations and commercial materials to pitch licensing programmes to prospective partners, retailers and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand guardian for McCormick brands within licensed categories, ensuring licensed products are aligned with brand positioning and strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
