The Role
We are seeking a commercially focused Junior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and deliver targeted, data-driven marketing activity across the customer journey. You will be responsible for managing and optimising lifecycle campaigns, implementing HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurture programmes and Marketing-to-Sales conversion within an ABM environment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key part in the delivery of the Ashbury marketing strategy, helping to move prospects from initial engagement through to qualified opportunity, conversion, retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Journey Management
- Plan, build, execute and optimise lifecycle marketing programmes, designing and building behaviour-led, segmented customer journeys across email, website, social media, events, webinars and other relevant channels.
- Develop automated customer journeys and nurture programmes tailored to audience needs, behaviours and lifecycle stage.
- Create triggered customer and prospect communications based on customer engagement, intent and lifecycle status.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop and deploy relevant content and campaign assets.
Lead Nurture and Conversion
- Develop and manage lead nurture programmes to educate prospects, build engagement and drive sales readiness.
- Refine and optimise lead scoring, qualification and lifecycle criteria in collaboration with Head of Marketing and Sales.
- Monitor engagement and intent signals to identify MQL opportunities and manage the Marketing-to-Sales handover.
- Optimise nurture programmes to move prospects through the sales funnel efficiently.

Data, Reporting and Optimisation
- Monitor lifecycle performance and identify opportunities for improvement and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track lead progression, conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyse customer and campaign data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing across messaging, content, audiences and customer journeys.
CRM Management and System Integrations
- Own and maintain the CRM platform (Hubspot) to ensure data integrity, usability and accuracy of real-time information.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow automation, personalisation and segmentation.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- 4-5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, CRM and or Marketing Automation.
- Extensive hands-on experience using HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation/CRM platform and Google Analytics/Search Console.
- Strong understanding and experience in building and managing email nurture campaigns, automated workflows and customer journeys.
- Practical and operational exposure to lead scoring, segmentation and lifecycle stages.
- Familiarity managing the Marketing-to-Sales handover, including MQL qualification, lead allocation and follow-up processes.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and using data to optimise engagement, conversion and ROI.
- Demonstrable know-how and experience in working across multiple marketing channels, such as email, website, social, webinars and events.

Desirable
- Experience supporting or delivering Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Practical experience using intent data or website visitor intelligence to identify and prioritise prospects.
- Experience in a B2B, professional services or complex sales environment.
- Strong theoretical understanding of the full B2B funnel from awareness → engagement → MQL → SQL →opportunity → customer and experience in practical application(s).
