A growing, well-respected organisation in the retail and distribution sector, are looking for an ambitious Junior Management Accountant to join their finance team. You’ll work directly with the Financial Controller and play a key role in producing accurate, meaningful financial information that supports decision-making across the business.
The role:
As Junior Management Accountant, you’ll become a key part of a supportive finance team. Your day-to-day will centre around producing accurate financial data, maintaining clear processes, and ensuring the department’s output is consistently reliable. It’s a role suited to someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in precision, and wants to develop their career within a fast-moving commercial environment.

What they’re looking for:
Essential:
- AAT Level 3 (completed) and currently studying Level 4, or fully qualified; OR a relevant accounting degree.
- Confident using Excel at an intermediate level.
- Experience working to deadlines and following structured processes.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across departments.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys their work and takes pride in delivering high-quality output.
