Junior Marketing Manager — Volta Ventures
Who We Are
Volta Ventures is a face-to-face marketing company specializing in the telecoms sector. We run face-to-face sales events and retail sales campaigns for major telecoms brands, including BT and EE, helping them grow their customer base through direct, personal engagement.
What We Do
We build and manage sales events and retail campaigns that deliver real, measurable growth for our telecoms clients. From live sales events to in-store activations, our team combines direct sales expertise with strong marketing strategy to expand our clients’ reach and strengthen their brand presence in a competitive market.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Junior Marketing Manager to help plan, support, and grow campaigns for clients like BT and EE. This is a performance-based role where we’ll train and develop you through our management development program to lead campaigns and open new markets. We’re looking for competitive, organised, and solutions-oriented individuals who thrive on hitting targets and want hands-on exposure to both marketing strategy and the fast pace of face-to-face telecoms sales.
