Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape a growing Business Intelligence function within a fast scaling, data driven organisation. You will play a key role in elevating reporting capabilities, working closely with senior stakeholders while delivering high quality insight across a variety of client projects.
The Company
They are a global media and analytics organisation focused on understanding what truly drives commercial performance. With a strong international presence and rapid expansion, they invest heavily in data, experimentation, and proprietary technology to deliver measurable outcomes. Having historically centralised data capabilities abroad, they are now building out a dedicated UK based function. This role will be integral to that growth.

The Role
You will work across existing and new client engagements, owning dashboard development and improving how data is structured and delivered.
- Audit and enhance existing dashboards and reporting products
- Lead discovery work to identify opportunities to improve data infrastructure and reporting setup
- Build and deliver new dashboards across marketing performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, and conversions
- Support onboarding of new client projects, ensuring data pipelines and reporting are fit for purpose
- Develop more advanced dashboard templating and explore future forecasting capabilities
- Integrate wider business data alongside performance metrics to drive deeper insights
- Create high quality, client ready visualisations including creative performance dashboards
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience with BI and reporting in a marketing or media environment
- Hands on expertise in Power BI or similar tools such as Data Studio
- Strong SQL skills, ideally with experience using BigQuery
- Experience building dashboards that drive actionable insight
- Ability to work with data pipelines and understand data collection funnels
- Interest in AI, with evidence of personal exploration or projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience with Python or R is beneficial but not essential
