Role and purpose of the mission:
As a junior manager - DMC Partnerships your role will involve the management and growth of the Traveller Made DMC portfolio, negotiating and selecting appropriate partners to join the community and engagement of current partners to maximise their involvement in Traveller Made activities. Your role will support the Director of Memberships and DMC Partnerships, as well as the wider company.
Main activities:
- Identify, assess and recruit additional DMC partners according to needs
- Maintain the day-to-day management of our DMC portfolio of partners
- Contribute to the development of DMC partnership services and tools to maximise the effectiveness and engagement of the network
- Represent the DMC Partnerships in wider company developmental projects
- Represent Traveller Made in both internal and external meetings and events

Profile:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- English language fluency is mandatory
- Professional experience in the B2B luxury travel trade is preferable
Skills required:
- Competent knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CRM software
- Confident user of all Google Workspace applications
- Thorough understanding of the B2B luxury travel industry
- Ability to think creatively, identify, and propose procedural improvements to optimize company efficiency
- Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills to effectively represent the company at external events and engage both internal teams and external partners
- Ability to persuade current and prospective clients of the network's value
- Experience working remotely, both independently and collaboratively
- Capacity to manage short- and long-term objectives simultaneously while maintaining accurate reporting
- Flexibility to support broader company development in a fast-evolving business environment

This position is based in London under a payroll umbrella contract. The role will initially be 100% remote, with a shared office space planned around once a week in the future.
