Junior Researcher Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic junior researcher to join our expanding team. You might be fresh out of university, or you might already have had some on-the-job experience. Either way, you’ll need to be a creative thinker, with an analytical mind, professional approach, and a sharp attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities
The role will involve learning the foundations of market research skills, including:
- Programming / scripting and testing online surveys
- Data processing and cleaning of large data sets
- Creating data tables and the analysis of open-end responses
- Report writing and presentation

Desirable Experience and Interests
- Scripting in HTML (full training is given in-house)
- Being numerate and comfortable working with Excel
- A solid understanding of working in PowerPoint
- An understanding of statistics is also important
Key Requirements
Beyond this, you’ll need to be a committed team player who likes the idea of joining a small company intent on doing things differently. We’ll be looking for evidence that you can learn fast, communicate clearly, and be proactive.

Compensation
Starting salary approximately £22-25k depending on background and experience. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we do not offer visa sponsorship).
