Role Description

The Junior Marketing Analyst role is a part-time hybrid position based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, the individual will support the analysis of marketing performance data across channels, helping to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Day-to-day activities include collecting and organizing data from digital platforms, preparing reports and dashboards, and contributing insights to marketing and sales teams. The Junior Marketing Analyst will also assist with market and competitor research, support the development of metrics for marketing assets, and collaborate on recommendations that strengthen positioning and messaging. This role involves close coordination with senior team members to ensure that analysis feeds into clear, practical actions that support client sales and lead conversion.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data sets and use analytics tools.
  • Foundational knowledge of marketing analytics and how it applies to digital and content-driven campaigns.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how analytics can support sales efforts and improve lead conversion.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, simple dashboard tools).
  • Interest in B2B marketing for technical or service-based businesses; prior experience or coursework is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing time between onsite work in the London Area and remote tasks.
  • Relevant education or training in marketing, business, economics, data analysis, or a related field is preferred.
