The role
Due to the growing nature of our business globally, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Marketing Analyst to join us in our London office, on a permanent basis.
Working closely with our Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will have a strong focus on creative design and marketing production, supporting both UK and global stakeholders. Design and build work forms a significant part of our marketing activity, and this position will play a key role in expanding our production capacity, enabling us to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials more efficiently and responsively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing professional marketing materials such as presentations and brochures, turning briefs into polished pieces while maintaining brand consistency across all communications. Furthermore, this role will also support with Oneglobal’s digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing and website content.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage the marketing request queue, produce on-brand marketing materials from brief to finished pieces, including but not limited to, presentations, one pagers, brochures, proposals, reports, event graphics and social assets.
- Prepare print ready files and manage UK print runs including business cards and event collateral.
- Provide marketing collateral for UK and global events, including office breakfasts, sponsorships and conferences.
- Become the go-to person in the London Office for day-to-day marketing requests
- Plan, build and schedule LinkedIn content, and support with OGB’s social media accounts
- Build and send email campaigns and OGB’s internal newsletter in ActiveCampaign
- Assist with website updates and basic SEO and content tasks, with a focus on non-branded discovery in the UK market
- Pull performance figures from LinkedIn, GA4, and Google Search Console to feed the monthly Marketing report.
Skills & Knowledge
Required
- Previous experience working in a design or marketing role or a strong portfolio from study, freelance or internships
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sharp eye for layout, typography and brand consistency
- Highly organised, with the ability to use initiative and work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced organisation, ensuring stakeholder needs are met
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures
- Proven ability to manage a high volume, varied workload and prioritise effectively
- Team player and willing to work flexibility and assist colleagues as required

Desired
- Additional language skills
- Hands on experience with social media platforms and ActiveCampaign or similar email tools e.g. GA4 and Search Console
- Interest in insurance, financial or professional services marketing
