Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant

Looking to launch your career in marketing while gaining valuable experience working directly with customers?
Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in Watford. We're currently seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join their team as a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop practical experience in face-to-face marketing, brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. Unlike traditional digital marketing roles, you'll be promoting nationally recognised charity campaigns through in-person interactions, helping to increase awareness, educate the public, and build long-term supporter relationships.
No previous marketing or sales experience is required. Full training, ongoing coaching, and structured development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates, career changers, and anyone looking to build a career in marketing or customer engagement.

About the Role
As a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll help increase awareness of charity campaigns by engaging directly with members of the public across Watford. Working in busy community locations where people live, work, and shop, you'll create positive interactions that educate people about each charity's mission while encouraging long-term support. This role combines in-person marketing, customer engagement, and sales, giving you the opportunity to develop practical commercial skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns within communities across Watford
- Representing nationally recognised charities professionally and enthusiastically
- Increasing brand awareness through engaging, informative conversations
- Educating members of the public about each charity's mission, values, and community impact
- Building genuine relationships and creating positive customer experiences
- Supporting new supporters through the registration process with professionalism and accuracy
- Working towards individual and team performance goals
- Participating in daily coaching sessions, campaign briefings, and ongoing development

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:

Previous experience in marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions, or sales is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Earnings & Benefits
- Earnings (£1,935 per calendar month) include a combination of base pay plus uncapped on-target earnings through performance-based incentives (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period)
