We're hiring a Junior Marketing Associate to help build the Pinnacle brand.
Pinnacle Global Advisory is a boutique corporate finance and capital advisory firm working across M&A, venture capital, commercial and property lending, and debt advisory, with a sister business, Pinnacle Capital, promoting investment opportunities to sophisticated and professional investors. We operate across London, Kent and Australia, and we're growing.
We're looking for someone early in their marketing career who wants real ownership rather than a seat at the back of a large team.
What you'll do
- Run our LinkedIn presence across the founder's and teams pages and both company pages, including three posts a week across market intelligence, SEIS/EIS, M&A and pre-IPO secondaries
- Turn our deal activity, market views and research into sharp posts, infographics and short-form content
- Plan and deliver our events programme, from investor briefings to community sponsorships
- Grow and engage our audience, track what's working, and report back with clear numbers
- Identify and test new channels where our audience of founders, investors and lenders actually spend time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
