Window to the Womb
Window to the Womb is the fastest developing brand in private ultrasound scans. Significant growth has resulted in a requirement for additional team members to join our marketing team.
About the Role
We are looking for a bubbly, energetic and passionate Junior Marketing Consultant to join our Marketing & Clinic Support Team. As a key part of the Marketing Team, you will be helping in planning and executing marketing campaigns, utilising the full marketing mix to help drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and business profile across our nationwide baby scan clinics.
Working both directly with private ultrasound clinics and with key team members, you will help deliver measurable business objectives for a panel of businesses within the Window to the Womb group. You will have the opportunity to develop marketing campaigns, execute on the agreed campaigns, and report on campaign success - both to the ultrasound clinic and back to the wider marketing team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
