Junior Marketing Executive – Padel Breaks
Location: Hybrid – Hertford
Office: 2 days per week
Travel: Occasional European travel in Year 1, with worldwide opportunities from Year 2
About Padel Breaks
PadelBreaks.com is a fast-growing padel travel brand, helping players combine their love of padel with incredible holidays and experiences.
We send customers to some of the best padel destinations, hotels and clubs across Europe, with our international offering continuing to grow.
As we scale the brand and our marketing team, we’re looking for a Junior Marketing Executive who wants to build their career by getting genuinely hands-on across the full marketing mix.
The Role
This isn’t a junior role where you’ll spend your first year sitting on the sidelines.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team across social media, content creation, email marketing, creators, partnerships, campaigns, shoots and activations.
We’re looking for someone who understands social media, has a natural eye for content and is excited to learn, experiment and bring new ideas to the table.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media & Community Management
- Help manage our social channels, engage with our growing community and bring the Padel Breaks personality to life across platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
Social-First Content Creation
- Spot trends, develop ideas and help film and edit quick, reactive and authentic content. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in everything from destination content and interviews to trends and behind-the-scenes footage.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Email Marketing
- Support the creation of email campaigns that showcase our destinations, engage our audience and inspire customers to book their next padel holiday.
Campaigns & Activations
- Help take marketing campaigns from idea to execution, including competitions, launches, events and creative brand activations.
Creators & Partnerships
- Support relationships and collaborations with influencers, content creators, padel clubs, hotels and brands.
Destination & Content Shoots
- Occasionally travel with the team to help capture content and showcase the destinations, hotels and padel experiences we offer.
During your first year, travel will primarily be within Europe, with opportunities for worldwide travel from your second year onwards as the brand expands internationally.
The Broader Marketing Mix
No two weeks will necessarily look the same. You’ll get exposure to different areas of marketing and have the opportunity to discover where your strengths lie as your career develops.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of marketing experience. This role is designed for someone early in their career who has the right attitude, creativity and desire to learn.
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
- Creative, proactive and comfortable bringing forward new ideas
- Confident using Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms
- Naturally interested in social media trends and digital culture
- Able to recognise what makes engaging social-first content
- A strong communicator with good written English
- Organised and comfortable juggling different projects
- Happy getting behind the camera and occasionally in front of it
- Excited to learn across multiple areas of marketing
- Interested in working for a growing brand where you can make a genuine impact
- Interested in padel, sport and/or travel
