Junior Marketing Executive – Marketing & Leadership

Caledonia Group | Full-Time | Edinburgh (On-Site)

Compensation: £25,000–£45,000 OTE

Most junior roles teach you how to follow instructions. This one teaches you how to take responsibility.

Caledonia Group delivers face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK’s most recognised brands, including EE, BT, and British Gas.

We’re growing our Edinburgh team and looking for ambitious people who want to build a real career based on performance, development and progression — not just collect another job title.

If you’re motivated by results, enjoy working with people, and want to be developed rather than micromanaged, this is a place to start.

The Role

As a Junior Marketing Executive, you’ll work directly with customers across residential and event-based campaigns, representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment.

Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Engaging with customers face to face and communicating products and services clearly
  • Representing established UK brands across live campaigns
  • Contributing to active marketing campaigns and tracking your individual performance
  • Developing your communication, sales and leadership skills through hands-on experience
  • Working alongside a team focused on personal and professional development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
