About PHIX

PHIX is a rapidly growing premium fashion brand inspired by British rock 'n' roll, timeless tailoring and iconic cultural style.

Known for collaborations including The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, we create collections that combine elevated craftsmanship with bold design, vintage influences and a distinctive visual identity.

We're looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes fashion.

The Role

We're looking for an ambitious Junior Marketing Coordinator to join the PHIX team.

This is an opportunity for someone early in their career to gain unusually broad exposure to how a growing international fashion brand operates.

You'll work across campaigns, ecommerce, email, content, social, product launches, reporting, partnerships and creative production.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your first two years watching other people do the interesting work.

You'll be involved from day one.

Your job, fundamentally, is to help make things happen.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our Marketing Executive and CEO to keep marketing activity organised and moving. That includes:

  • Maintaining the marketing calendar
  • Supporting product and collection launches
  • Coordinating campaign assets
  • Preparing marketing and creative briefs
  • Supporting email campaigns
  • Checking website and ecommerce updates
  • Organising photography and video content
  • Tracking deadlines and deliverables
  • Supporting campaign shoots
  • Researching trends, brands, creators and cultural opportunities
  • Helping prepare performance reporting
  • Chasing outstanding actions and making sure projects get finished

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll gradually take ownership of straightforward campaigns and projects yourself.

Content & Ecommerce

PHIX creates large amounts of photography, video, campaign imagery, influencer content and behind-the-scenes material.

You'll help make sure great content doesn't simply disappear into folders.

You'll understand what assets exist, which products they feature, where they've already been used and where they could be used next.

You'll also spend time reviewing the PHIX website, spotting outdated content, checking launches and looking for opportunities to improve how products and campaigns are presented.

Research & Culture

We want someone naturally interested in what is happening around them.

You'll research:

  • Fashion and menswear
  • Music and culture
  • Emerging talent
  • Creators and influencers
  • Competitor campaigns
  • Social formats
  • Advertising
  • Ecommerce
  • Creative trends

We don't want 30-page trend presentations nobody reads.

We want useful observations and ideas PHIX could actually act upon.

AI & Technology

You'll be expected to become extremely capable with modern AI and digital tools.

We actively use technology to improve research, organisation, reporting, copy, brainstorming, briefing and content development.

For us, being junior doesn't mean producing work slowly. Modern tools give ambitious people an opportunity to develop incredibly quickly.

About You

This could be ideal for:

  • A strong graduate
  • Someone with approximately 6–24 months' experience
  • A Marketing Assistant
  • An Ecommerce Assistant
  • A junior agency marketer
  • A Social Media Assistant looking for broader experience
  • A Fashion Marketing graduate looking for a commercial role

Fashion experience is useful, but genuine interest and instinct matter more.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Ambitious
  • Extremely organised
  • Fast and reliable
  • Detail-focused
  • Curious
  • Commercially aware
  • Digitally native
  • Interested in fashion, music and culture
  • Comfortable with AI
  • Confident contributing ideas
  • Willing to take responsibility
  • Excited to learn

If something looks wrong, we want you to flag it. If something is late, chase it. If you're given a task, understand why you're doing it rather than simply ticking it off.

Progression

We want this person to develop quickly.

Someone exceptional should be capable of progressing from Junior Marketing Coordinator → Marketing Executive as their commercial understanding, independence and level of ownership develop.

If you're ambitious and want to learn how brand, creative, ecommerce and commercial marketing actually come together inside a fashion business, this is a significant opportunity.
