Introduction to Linaker

For 30 years Linaker has specialised in the creation and maintenance of tailor-made business environments. Having shaped workspaces for a wide range of businesses across the country, Linaker’s heritage lies in our ability to design and regulate unique spaces that truly work.

Linaker was founded upon three core values: trust, reliability and care. We are not just a service provider, rather an essential part of our clients’ architecture and, ultimately, an extension of your business, a part of one team.

The last couple of years has seen Linaker grow exponentially and 2026 is no exception. Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our team.

About the Role

We are a business anchored in its purpose of having a positive impact on our team, our clients and our world. At the heart of our operation is an approach where people and tech work harmoniously together, allowing us to continue our growth whilst staying true to our independent, family-business roots.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join our team and share our story with our audience. This is a hands-on role, with a particular focus on managing our social media channels - from planning through to publishing and community engagement. You’ll help bring our brand to life by ensuring we have a consistent, engaging and relevant presence across our key channels.

You’ll be involved in everything from mapping out the content calendar and coordinating content, to writing and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and responding to our online community. You will also be responsible for shaping and sharing select press releases with industry media.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is keen to develop their skills, take ownership of social media channels and gain broader experience across the marketing function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
