Company Description
Oneder offers flexible workspaces in London for entrepreneurs and companies of all sizes. We opened our first site in Shoreditch in October 2023. We've since grown our portfolio across London, covering King's Cross, London Bridge, White City, Old Street and Aldgate, with further expansion planned.
Location
London, across the Oneder portfolio. You'll move between our buildings each week, getting to know the teams on site and capturing what makes each space special.
The Role
We're looking for a creative, digitally fluent Junior Marketing Executive to own the day-to-day content and creative across the Oneder portfolio.
Reporting to our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll help make Oneder look and sound brilliant every day, across social, photography and video, email and our website.
This is a hands-on role. If you can spot a trend in the morning and have a post live by lunch, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Own social content across Oneder's central channels, from planning and creating to scheduling and posting on Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, making sure our full portfolio is represented.
- Keep the content calendar moving, making sure every site and campaign has a clear plan.
- Shoot and edit photo and video at our locations, creating content that feels real, relevant and distinctly Oneder.
- Keep the Oneder website up to date, from location pages and news to day-to-day content changes.
- Produce day-to-day design, from social graphics to flyers and brochure updates, working with our external designer on bigger brand pieces.
- Write blog posts and on-page website copy, following our SEO plan.
- Draft and build email campaigns in HubSpot for members and brokers.
- Support events and partnerships, from promoting them beforehand to capturing and sharing what happens on the day.
- Keep our content library organised and up to date.
- Track what's working across our channels and share a short report each month.
- Bring ideas to the table. We want someone proactive who's keen to try new formats, test things and see what sticks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
